You have 7 days from delivery to return an unopened, complete product. We book the pickup and we pay for it.
What we accept
- Unopened and complete, within 7 days of delivery.
- All accessories, manuals and packaging included.
- Faulty on arrival, opened or not — that is a warranty claim and there is no time limit inside the warranty period.
How it works
- Message +92 305 5633934 on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason.
- We book a reverse pickup with the courier, usually next working day in Lahore.
- We inspect the item on arrival and confirm by message.
- Refunds go by bank transfer or Easypaisa within two working days of inspection.
Refused deliveries
Cash on delivery only works if parcels get opened. Refusing delivery costs us the shipping both ways, so three refused deliveries move an account to prepayment on future orders. Tell us if plans change and we will hold or reschedule the parcel instead — that costs nothing.
